This course is for students wanting to learn Te Reo Māori. 
We cover Levels 1 –3 of the curriculum.

Course Overview

Term 1
Beginning Te Reo Māori. Kōrero, Whakarongo, Pānui, Tuhituhi, Mātakitaki. Learning karakia, mihi and pepeha. Curriculum level 1. Ngā Manu Kōrero and Kapa Haka. Whānau and home.

Term 2
Curriculum level 2. Extending on from term I mahi. Kura/school.

Term 3
Curriculum level 1 and 2 revision. Learning about activities.

Term 4
Curriculum level 3. Te tinana/The body.
