Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr W. Hippolite.
This is a comprehensive course that develops language skills covered in intermediate Māori. This course is for students who wish to extend their practical knowledge of Māori language.
Course Overview
Term 1
Revise Te Reo Māori curriculum level 6. Preparation begins for Tuhinga and Whakarongo assessment tasks.
Term 2
Te Reo Māori Curriculum level 8. Completing assessment task 1 for Tuhinga and Whakarongo.
Term 3
Preparing and completing assessment task 2 for Tuhinga and Whakarongo.
Term 4
Preparing for external examinations.
Recommended Prior Learning
Minimum 12 Level 2 credits in Te Reo Māori.
Credit Information
You will be assessed in this course through all or a selection of the standards listed below.
Course can be endorsed with Merit or Excellence
