10DTW Course DescriptionTeacher in Charge: Mr C. Botes.
This course is an introduction to the basic principles of woodworking. Students use a variety of hand tools and machines to construct a wooden stool and trinket box with inlay. Students work in a workshop with multiple hazards. Covered shoes are compulsory.

This course is an introduction to Year 11 Fine Woodworking.
Contributions and Equipment/StationeryCovered Shoes are a compulsory requirement.
There will be a cost of 20 that contributes to materials and consumables for take-home projects.
